K-Trip ONE Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the K-Trip ONE platform (hereinafter "Platform") and its users in relation to the use of mobile application and web-based services provided by the Platform.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Platform: Travel, tourism, mobility, concierge, and related services provided through the mobile app and website operated by K-Trip ONE
  • Member: A person who agrees to these Terms, completes registration on the Platform, and uses the services
  • Service Agreement: A contract entered into between the Platform and a Member regarding the use of Platform services
  • ID: An email address or unique account assigned to a Member for identification and service use
  • Password: A combination of letters, numbers, or other authentication methods set by a Member to protect their account
  • Partner: A company or organization that provides travel, accommodation, transportation, medical tourism, concierge, shopping, and other services through the Platform
  • Content: All materials provided on the Platform, including information, products, services, images, videos, and text

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

  • Separate operational policies and individual service terms may apply when necessary
  • In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual terms, the individual terms shall prevail
  • Matters not specified herein shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices

Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  • The agreement is formed upon consent to these Terms + membership application → Platform approval
  • Consent is given by selecting "I Agree" during registration
  • Grounds for rejection: false information, identity theft, risk of operational disruption

Article 5 (Application for Service Use)

  • Obligation to provide accurate information
  • Obligation to promptly update any changes
  • The Member is solely responsible for registering false information

Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • A separate Privacy Policy applies
  • The Platform is not liable for personal information exposure caused by the Member's own negligence

Article 7 (Cookies and Automatic Collection Technologies)

  • The Platform uses cookies and similar automatic collection technologies for service operation, usage analysis, and provision of customized services
  • Cookies used: Essential cookies (login/session), analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), functional cookies (language settings, etc.)
  • Users may refuse cookie storage through browser settings; however, some features may be limited if cookies are refused
  • For detailed information on cookie usage, please refer to Article 9 of our Privacy Policy

Article 8 (Obligations of the Platform)

  • Provide stable and reliable services
  • Promptly handle legitimate complaints
  • Restore services quickly in case of disruption

Article 9 (Obligations of Members)

Prohibited activities: registering false information, unauthorized use of another person's account, disrupting operations, infringing intellectual property rights, posting or distributing illegal information, and any actions that violate applicable laws.

Article 10 (Service Hours)

  • Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle
  • Grounds for service interruption: system maintenance, server failures, force majeure events
  • Scheduled interruptions will be announced in advance

Article 11 (Service Use and Reservations)

  • Services include travel, transportation, accommodation, tourism, medical tourism, concierge, and more
  • Some services are provided directly by Partners, with the Platform acting as an intermediary
  • Cancellation policies are subject to each service provider's terms

Article 12 (Termination of Service Use)

  • Members may withdraw their membership at any time
  • Information after withdrawal may be retained in accordance with applicable laws

Article 13 (Content Management)

  • The operator is responsible for content management
  • Content subject to removal: defamation/insult, illegal content, spam/advertising, copyright infringement

Article 14 (Copyright)

  • Copyright of content belongs to the Platform and/or rights holders
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale is prohibited

Article 15 (Liability for Damages)

Members are liable for damages caused to the Platform or other parties through their intentional misconduct or negligence.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

The Platform is not liable for: disruptions caused by the Member's own actions, quality of services provided by Partners, force majeure events, or disputes between Members or with third parties.

Article 17 (Dispute Resolution)

  • The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply
  • Jurisdiction: The court with jurisdiction over the location of the Platform's headquarters

Supplementary Provision: These Terms shall take effect on March 13, 2026.
